Note to progeny and all other applicable parties: When you’re grieving, don’t suppress or bury any thought or emotion, and don’t let it consume you with despair. Instead, re-frame the situation in your mind so the sadness is fully felt, but your hope, peace, and joy are fully intact. This is possible to do, no matter how dark the hour, no matter how long it may take. Walk that narrow road where the pain is intense, but the weight of God’s glory is strongest. That’s how you build your spiritual muscles to carry heavy loads. The best way to do this successfully is prayer.
